MasterLube is committed to doing things right. It shows in our pledge to our customers:
- We will inform you of services that may be necessary during your visit. You make the final decision about which service(s) to purchase.
- We will recommend our services based on manufacturers' time and mileage intervals for "severe" driving conditions.
- We may recommend some services based on other criteria if the manufacturers' recommendations do not exist for them.
- We will never charge you for services that you have not authorized or that we did not complete properly.
